Teresa was an absolute God send for us. Not knowing anyone in this area, I had contacted two other realtors prior to finding her. One seemed like I was interrupting their busy life, the other never called back. Teresa replied immediately. Although we had purchased property before, this transaction was much more complicated than previous purchases. Several times, deadlines had to be changed, because of unexpected issues on our end, financing fell through at the last minute, we thought for sure we were going to lose the property.
